| Shirdi Sai Trust donates to Shri Saibaba Sansthan’s Super Specialty Hospital |
| Shirdi Sai Trust has donated Rs. One Crore in March 2005 towards the medical fund of the Shri Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi. This donation has been given for the new super specialty hospital project being put up by the Sansthan at Shirdi. |

| Shirdi Sai Trust signs MoU with Shri Saibaba Sansthan for building low cost accommodation for devotees at Shirdi, Dhyan Mandir and Old Age Home & Orphanage. |
Shirdi Sai Trust has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Shri Saibaba Sansthan for undertaking the following activities:
- Low cost accommodation for devotees: Shirdi Sai Trust will build Dharmashalas for accommodating about 10000 persons at Shirdi in the name of ‘SAI ASHRAM’, at an estimated cost of Rs. 25.00 crores.
- Old Age Home and Orphanage: Shirdi Sai Trust will build an Old Age Home and Orphanage for 300 persons, to accommodate old age persons and children without parents in a building to be named ‘SAI VISHRAM at an estimated cost of Rs. 2.00 crores. These residents will be able to take food at the Prasadalay and get education and medical facilities from the existing facilities run by the Sansthan.
- Meditation Hall: Shirdi Sai Trust will construct a meditation hall for 2000 devotees to meditate quietly in a building to be named ‘SAI DHYAN’ at an estimated cost of Rs. 3.00 crores.
For all these projects, Shri Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi will allot the land and Shirdi Sai Trust, Chennai will construct the building at their cost. The completed buildings will be maintained and managed by Shri Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi for the benefit of the devotees.

| Bhumi Puja of Sai Ashram Project |
| Shirdi Sai Trust has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Shri Saibaba Sansthan, at Shirdi (Sansthan) for the construction of dharmashala and low cost accommodation as a charitable service for devotees visiting Shirdi, by the name of Sai Ashram.
The Bhumi Puja for Sai Ashram was performed on 22nd June 2006 in the presence of the Chairman, Trustees and other officers of Sansthan and the Founder & Managing Trustee of Shirdi Sai Trust, Chennai.
The construction will be completed over a period of 24 months at an expected cost of Rs. 25-30 crores.
