Since Baba's Mandir's are more like a darbar, where any person belonging to any religion or caste is permitted to come, the plan should not include Idols of any other Gods or Goddesses within this premise.
These temples for other God's and Goddesses can be located in an adjacent premises with a separate entrance and exit, if the Committee members feel strongly about building a Temple for other Gods and Goddesses.
The Trust should purchase / obtain land and register it in the name of the Trust.
